Ecosystem: Pick the voice assistant that already holds your calendar, music, and other devices. Mixing three assistants in one house adds apps, not convenience.
Placement: Keep the microphone away from a blaring TV and out of a closed cabinet. A counter or open shelf hears better than a bookshelf crammed with books.
Routines: One reliable morning or evening routine is worth more than twenty forgotten skills.
